This three-year
national project, beginning in 2008, focuses on the issue of natural evil
and the role of spirituality in healing after traumatic natural disasters,
both for individuals and communities. Its central efforts are focused on
facilitating scholarship and education through research awards, curricula
development, and dissemination, both in academic and public venues. Specific
projected outcomes include an inter-religious journal, a website, and numerous
publications.
